Process

Seven steps, each ending in a decision.

A fixed sequence with a defined output at every stage. You always know what has been agreed, what is being built, and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Blueprint

A paid diagnostic engagement, not an introductory chat. We audit the current site, map the offer, the objections and the decision path, and deliver a written plan with scope and priorities. The 690€ fee is fully deducted from the project that follows.

    Blueprint document, scope and priorities

  2. 02

    Weeks 1–2

    Strategy

We decide what the site must argue, in what order, and how we will know it worked.

    Positioning and measurement plan

  3. 03

    Weeks 2–4

    Architecture

Sitemap, page structures and content hierarchy in wireframe, reviewed before any visual work begins.

    Wireframes and content brief

  4. 04

    Weeks 4–7

    Design

Interface design in components rather than pages, so the system holds as the site grows.

    Design system and key templates

  5. 05

    Weeks 6–10

    Development

Built by the people who designed it. Performance, accessibility and editing experience are in scope, not extras.

    Staging build and CMS training

  6. 06

    Week 10

    Launch

Redirects, analytics, search console and a monitored first week. We stay on the file after go-live.

    Live site and launch report

  7. 07

    Ongoing

    Growth

Quarterly cycles of measurement, content and experiments. The site improves instead of ageing.

    Quarterly roadmap and review

How we work

One team from first call to launch

The people in the discovery session are the people who write the code. Nothing is handed over to a delivery pod.

Decisions are made once

Each step ends in a written decision. We do not reopen structure during design, or design during build.

Content leads the layout

We write or shape the copy before the visual pass, so the design serves an argument rather than a placeholder.
